hello everyone! =)

so i never update this journal, i wonder if anyone even reads this anymore.
well for those who do, does anyone know any good ways to start selling art and paintings? any websites or galleries/shops that are willing to show artists work around the bay area?
if anyone has some tips on selling work and getting it out there, or on how to price paintings, let me know :)

yeah i really want to, but i havent taken color class yet. do you think rachel will let me take it without color? i might take sculpture too :D

She doesn't like to but she will let you. I never took color but I talked with her and she recommended that I study up over the break. After talking with others who had taken color it sounded like I learned more on my own than what I would have from the instructor. Grab a couple of books from the library and do some quick studying. Now that we are moving into the new building (better ventilation) she said she is going to allow us to use oils ( I hope so).

oooh yeah! ive never used oils and i want to learn sooo bad. ill probably read up on color pretty soon. do you happen to have her email?

just the one that's on the school web site. I don't think she gives out her personal email (at least not to students).
